At The Corvion LLC, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date your order is delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by email within the 7-day return period. Our team will provide you with return instructions and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for your preferred item.
